Appui Product Owner DevSecOps

Missions principales

Assister le Product Owner dans la gestion de l'Offre de Service DevSecOps.

Recueillir, qualifier et formaliser les demandes clients.

Gérer, prioriser et animer le backlog produit.

Préparer et animer les cérémonies Agile (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Rétrospective).

Assurer l'interface entre les équipes techniques et les clients.

Produire les reportings et les indicateurs de pilotage.

Assurer le backup du Product Owner.

Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et de l'organisation de l'équipe.

Profil recherché

Expérience confirmée en tant que Proxy Product Owner ou Product Owner en environnement Agile/SAFe.

Bonne compréhension des environnements DevSecOps et des chaînes CI/CD.

Excellentes capacités d'organisation, de communication et de facilitation.

Sens du service, autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'équipe.

Une certification SAFe POPM, PSPO ou équivalent constitue un plus.
