The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced UKG Support Specialist – Training to play a pivotal role in building workforce capability and supporting one of Australia's largest healthcare organisations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about workforce technology, user education and continuous improvement. You'll become the go-to expert for UKG system training, empowering managers and employees to confidently navigate workforce management processes while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance and operational excellence.

Working closely with Payroll, HR and operational leaders, you'll deliver engaging training programs, develop practical learning resources and provide advanced system support that enhances the employee experience across St Vincent's.

What You'll Do

Deliver engaging UKG training sessions for managers, employees and new starters

Develop and maintain user guides, quick reference materials, FAQs and training documentation

Provide advanced support and guidance on UKG, including timecards, rosters, leave, approvals and payroll-related processes

Act as an escalation point for complex UKG enquiries and coach users to build confidence and self-sufficiency

Identify recurring issues and knowledge gaps, delivering targeted education to improve system capability

Promote consistent, compliant and best-practice use of UKG across the organisation

Support payroll accuracy by monitoring schedules, timecards and workforce management data

Contribute to system testing, process improvements and enhancements to training resources

Work collaboratively with Payroll, HR and key stakeholders to improve the user experience and system adoption

About You

You're an experienced workforce systems, payroll or systems support professional who enjoys helping others learn, solve problems and succeed.

Passionate about customer service, training and continuous improvement, you have the ability to translate complex system functionality into practical, easy-to-understand guidance that empowers users and builds confidence. You thrive on building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering engaging learning experiences and helping people get the very best from technology. With a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, you're motivated by improving processes, enhancing user capability and driving operational excellence.

Key Experience & Capability

Demonstrated experience supporting workforce management or payroll systems, ideally UKG/Kronos.

Experience designing and delivering system training, workshops or user education programs.

Strong understanding of rostering, time and attendance, payroll processes and workforce compliance.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while coaching and empowering end users.

Excellent written communication skills with experience developing learning resources, user guides and process documentation.

Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the organisation.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience supporting system testing, process improvement, change initiatives or workforce systems optimisation will be highly regarded.
