The role

Accountable for the successful end to end delivery of complex ERP and Business Applications projects, within a professional services environment.

Operate as a senior delivery leader, trusted by executive and customer stakeholders to ensure programs and projects are delivered in time and on budget.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead a variety of concurrent professional services projects across ERP & Business Applications (MS Dynamics experience preferred).

Guide projects ranging from 1-2mth engagements through to complex, multi stream and phased roadmap of initiatives.

Own accountability for delivery outcomes across assigned cloud and digital projects, ensuring contractual, commercial, and customer objectives are met.

Management of project financial performance, including budget baselining, forecasting, earned value tracking, and margin protection.

Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence, setting expectations clearly and communicating impacts, trade-offs and decisions transparently.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum ten years' experience in Project Management, with five years' operating at a senior level.

Experience delivering large ERP/Business Applications projects (MS Dynamics experience preferred) within a Professional Services, IT consulting, or outsourced delivery environment.

Experience operating within fast paced, high concurrent project volume environments within billable, margin driven delivery models.

Confident, credible leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.

Highly proactive, outcomes driven and comfortable making decisions in complex environments.
