A day in the life:
As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships, negotiating market-leading travel offers and ensuring a consistent pipeline of products that support our sales and growth objectives.
Manage the contracting process year-round across your assigned destinations and product portfolio
Negotiate competitive rates, inclusions and offers with key travel, tourism and accommodation partners
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term commercial success
Identify new product opportunities and work with partners to create compelling holiday packages
Develop and maintain a pipeline of offers to support promotional activity across our distribution channels
Collaborate with airline partners (if applicable) to secure tactical airfare opportunities that enhance the customer offering
Work closely with Marketing, Revenue, Air, Finance and Operations teams to bring offers to market successfully
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and destination performance to identify opportunities for growth
Ensure contracts, rates and product information are accurate and maintained within agreed timelines
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a collaborative, high-performing Product team
Who you are:
You're a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives on negotiation, collaboration and delivering great outcomes for customers, suppliers and the business.
Experience in travel product, contracting, tourism, hospitality or a similarly commercial environment will be highly regarded
Strong negotiation skills and confidence managing supplier relationships at all levels
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
A commercial mindset and an ability to identify opportunities that deliver value for both customers and partners
Strong communication and presentation skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
A passion for travel and creating exceptional holiday experiences
