What You’ll Be Doing

This is a rare chance to own a consumer app end-to-end and shape what it becomes. You'll set the product vision and, working with the Head of Member Engagement, own the roadmap to deliver it.

This is a founding-stage role: the direction is set, and your job is to turn it into a world-class product.

There are no direct reports for this role; we're looking for an inspirational leader who can bring teams and senior stakeholders together to drive a culture of collaboration, experimentation and continuous improvement.

What Sets You Apart

You've successfully led consumer mobile apps and know what it takes to grow engagement, deliver great customer experiences and drive commercial outcomes, with direct accountability for the app as a commercial channel. We'd also love to see:

10+ years in product management, with several of those leading consumer mobile apps directly

Deep understanding of consumer mobile app development, delivery processes and the experience standards expected of a market-leading mobile product

A track record of building from the ground up (the frameworks, the roadmap, the delivery cadence) rather than inheriting them

Experience growing engagement and retention in a subscription, membership or app-based business (not essential, but it'll really impress us!)

Strength at bringing people together, building alignment across teams like Engineering, Legal, Finance and Commercial to get things moving and deliver results
