Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and innovative Curriculum Manager to lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of high-quality curriculum and instructional resources. The ideal candidate will ensure that curriculum aligns with educational standards, learning outcomes, and organizational goals while supporting teachers and subject matter experts in delivering engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, review, and update curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
Ensure curriculum aligns with national, state, or board-specific standards and learning objectives.
Lead curriculum planning and implementation across grades and subjects.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, teachers, and content developers.
Monitor curriculum effectiveness through learner performance data, feedback, and quality reviews.
Develop assessment frameworks, rubrics, and evaluation tools to measure student learning.
Research emerging educational trends, pedagogical practices, and digital learning tools to enhance curriculum quality.
Train and support educators on curriculum implementation and instructional best practices.
Maintain curriculum documentation, version control, and content review schedules.
Ensure content is accurate, age-appropriate, inclusive, and aligned with organizational quality standards.
Manage curriculum development timelines, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
Work closely with product, technology, and academic teams to support digital learning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Master's degree in Education or Curriculum Development is preferred.
5–8 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, academic leadership, or teaching.
Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks, instructional design principles, and assessment strategies.
Experience with K–12, higher education, or EdTech curriculum development (based on organizational needs).
Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms/LMS.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, State Board, or other recognized curriculum frameworks.
Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), competency-based education, and differentiated instruction.
Experience managing cross-functional curriculum development projects.
Familiarity with AI-enabled educational tools and digital content creation.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
