Here at GXO, we are looking for a Part-Time HR Administrator to join our team supporting the Nutmeg contract in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and people-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a great colleague experience. As a key member of the site HR team, you'll provide essential administrative support across a broad range of HR activities. You'll work closely with colleagues, managers, and support functions, becoming a trusted point of contact for HR queries while helping to drive colleague engagement across the site.

This is a part time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday 9.30 – 14.30

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £18,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

Support payroll administration by maintaining Time & Attendance records and assisting with colleague queries

Manage and maintain accurate HR records, including absence, holiday entitlement, training, and personnel documentation

Support recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth new starter experience

Prepare HR correspondence, meeting minutes, references, and other people-related documentation

Assist with colleague engagement initiatives, charity partnerships, and general HR enquiries

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, recruitment, payroll, or a busy office environment

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HR systems experience where possible

A positive, proactive approach and excellent communication skills
