Your Role

Carl Zeiss Vision UK is looking for a driven and ambitious Project Manager / Change professional to play a key role in delivering our UK & Ireland growth strategy as part of #Agenda30 and beyond.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape the local change agenda, leading a portfolio of projects and business change initiatives that support our continued growth. It’s a great opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference within a global, forward-thinking organisation.

The role of Project Manager will involve:

Delivering a portfolio of projects and business change initiatives across the UK&I business

Defining project scope, deliverables, and success measures

Building and managing detailed project plans, adapting as priorities evolve

Coordinating resources, assigning tasks, and managing stakeholders

Monitoring project performance to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

Managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID)

Providing clear project updates and reports to senior stakeholders and steering groups

Supporting enterprise risk management and continuous improvement in project practices

Your Experience

Degree qualified (or equivalent)

Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, including planning, estimation, requirements gathering and PID creation

Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Wrike, MS Project, Excel) and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving ability and confidence working under pressure

Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Professional project management certification (e.g. APM)
