APN SalesはMolexの中でGlobal Sales and Marketing Div.のAsia Pacific North Sales TeamとしてAutomotive Tier市場,Industrial市場,Datacom Telecom市場,Consumer市場などでのビジネス拡大に取り組んでいます。特に100年に1度の大変革期を迎えているAutomotive市場においては,今後更なる成長の可能性があります。APNではAutomotive市場のビジネス拡大に注力していくため,2023年1月にAutomotive Tierチ-ムを新たに編成しました。今回,電子部品業界での経験豊富なメンバ-の方に加入頂き,効果的な拡販戦略の立案と実行を頂くことでAPN全体の強化,ビジネスの拡大とAPNチ-ムメンバ-の成長を推進したいと考えています。
What You Will Do
1. 中部エリアのAutomotive,Industrial,Consumer市場のビジネス拡大と新規顧客,案件の発掘。
2. アカウント担当として中長期目線でのビジネス拡大に向けた戦略を立案,実行する。
3. 顧客とのTop relationshipを含めた良好なパ-トナ-シップを構築。
4. 営業関係部門(他営業チ-ム,マ-ケティングチ-ム,代理店チ-ム,Sales Operation,カスタマ-サ-ビス)との信頼関係の構築と相互利益の追求。
5. OEM 営業及び,関連BUとの連携による,グロ-バルでの協業体制の構築。

コネクタビジネス及び関連する電子部品 ( 半導体等 ) の基礎知識
各種戦略実行の為,積極的に関連部門との連携及び実行する能力
マ-ケティング施策に関する基礎知識
営業に関するビジネスツ-ル (SFA) に関する基礎知識
常に課題意識を持ち,自分自身と営業チ-ムを成長させるために,自ら提案し,貢献出来るチ-ムを構築する能力
