Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day production traffic and workflow coordination for proposal and pursuit deliverables across the team
Coordinate project assignments, timelines, and priorities to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work as well as ensure quality and compliance by enforcing brand standards and acting as a content quality reviewer for assigned proposals.
Partner with US and India leadership to understand work pipeline, and monitor team bandwidth and resource utilization, escalating risks or capacity concerns as needed
Identify and help resolve workflow, scheduling, or process issues that may affect team productivity or delivery quality
Develop and maintain tracking systems, queue data, and report to ensure accurate visibility into project status, workload, and performance
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, tools, and workflows that enhance efficiency and consistency of deliverables
Provide guidance and operational support to team members, including helping prioritize work and reinforcing quality expectations
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing feedback on content, sharing best practices, and supporting capability development
Proactively explore and support process excellence, adoption of technology and tools used by proposal and pursuit strategy teams to improve delivery and effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, operations, proposal writing, and/or relevant roles in sales and marketing; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred
Experience working with global, diverse teams and effectively navigating cross-cultural collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate workflows, monitor progress, and support execution in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to identify problems, think critically, and implement practical solutions
Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across teams and geographies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
