Job Summary

Aivida is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead the company's digital marketing strategy and drive online growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in digital marketing, and a proven track record of building successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

Lead and manage the digital marketing team.

Plan and execute SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns.

Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.

Increase website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics and prepare performance reports.

Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, including leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.

Experience with lead generation and performance marketing.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
