Accounts Manager

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and audit activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial management while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and cash flow management.

Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.

Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Ensure timely salary accounting and support payroll reconciliation.

Liaise with banks, consultants, and government authorities when required.

Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling audits and financial compliance.

Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Team management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
