Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong documentation skills and hands-on experience in Power BI. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear functional documentation, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Prepare and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FRS (Functional Requirement Specifications)
Create wireframes and process flows to support business requirements
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Develop and interpret reports and dashboards using Power BI
Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood across teams
Support project lifecycle from requirement gathering to implementation
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience in documentation management
Hands-on knowledge of Power BI
Proven experience with BRD, FRS, and wireframing
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to join within 15 days
Nice to Have
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
Domain experience (if any, add here)
