Job Description:

The Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance will be responsible for the growth and management of the agency distribution channel. This role involves recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance agents to meet sales goals and enhance service delivery. Knowledge of data analysis tools for performance tracking.
