Act as first-line technical owner for applications running across multiple regional locations

Perform deep service-level diagnostics when application issues arise using observability tooling (Grafana, Loki, Mimir, metrics, logs, traces)

Work with databases and messaging bus technologies to identify service-level issues

Support incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration.

Operate and support workloads running on Azure-based Kubernetes platforms

Understand Kubernetes pod lifecycle, networking, storage, scaling, and failure scenarios

Collaborate with platform teams on cluster-level issues and application teams on service-level issues

Reporting new bugs/issues back to product/platform teams when the problem cannot be solved through extended diagnostics

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a SRE role or similar.

Strong Knowledge & hands-on experience with below key technologies:

Containerization platforms (e.g., Kubernetes)

Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)

Databases and messaging bus (MongoDB, MSSQ, pSQL, Kafka)

Templating concepts and GitOps frameworks (i.e Helm, Kustomize)

Version control and CI/CD systems (e.g., Git, Azure Devops, ArgoCD)

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform)

AZ-104 – Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, CKA – Certified Kubernetes Administrator or equivalent experience

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Proactive attitude and high degree of independence.
