Senior Full Stack Developer (React.js, Node.js & Microsoft Azure)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support a cloud-native Carrier Appointment Platform (CAP) hosted on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, Azure Cloud Services, Azure SQL Database, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

This role requires ownership of the complete software development lifecycle - from solution design and architecture through production deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React.js and Node.js.

Build responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components.

Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Express.js.

Design and optimize Azure SQL databases, stored procedures, and complex SQL queries.

Implement cloud-native and microservices-based application architectures.

Azure Cloud Engineering

Deploy, configure, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure.

Work with Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Virtual Networks.

Implement secure authentication and authorization using Azure Entra ID (Azure AD).

Follow Azure security best practices and governance standards.

DevOps & Automation

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

Automate deployments across Development, Test, Staging, and Production environments.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

Manage source control using Git and follow modern branching strategies.

API Development & Integration

Design, develop, and secure REST APIs.

Integrate enterprise applications and third-party systems.

Implement authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT.

Optimize API performance, scalability, and reliability.

Monitoring & Production Support

Configure Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

Create dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Ensure application availability, performance, and observability.

Architecture & Engineering Excellence

Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.

Conduct code reviews and promote secure coding practices.

Implement enterprise logging, monitoring, and error-handling standards.

Create technical documentation and mentor junior developers.

Required Experience

8+ years of software development experience.

5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.

3+ years of experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure.

Experience delivering enterprise applications from design through production support.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building applications from scratch.

Experience modernizing legacy applications.

Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domains.

Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, PII, etc.).

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
