Senior Engineer, Software Quality Engineering

Our Software Quality Engineering team ensures that our next-generation software is of the highest quality. We conduct a wide range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure that our software meets or exceeds end-user requirements. We debug software products, oversee the development of test plans, ensure system tests are documented, analyze the results, provide feedback to developers and make sure that all problems are resolved. We also select testing specifications for new products and ensure testing procedures comply with industry-specific standards.

As a Senior Engineer, you will lead complex test development, improve system reliability, and mentor teammates. You will contribute to design for testability and drive automation across the delivery lifecycle.

You will:

Design and implement automated tests with strong unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage.

Triage and solve production issues via root cause analysis and prevention.

Coordinate with product, QA, and operations on release readiness and sign-offs.

Mentor engineers on code quality, performance testing, and secure coding practices.

Essential Requirements

5+ years of related experience

Proficiency in modern test design techniques and code review standards for tests.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Track record of reducing defects and improving stability.

Desirable Requirements

Bachelor's degree

AWS Certified Developer – Associate
