Our Barcelona-based Digital Marketing Ads department is scaling up. We are hunting for a talented Onboarding Account Manager to guide high-potential Dutch enterprises and fast-growing startups. In this role, you will serve as the leading market consultant for the Netherlands, designing foundational digital marketing strategies and turning complex advertising technologies into clear, measurable business growth for our partners.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Advisory & Portfolio Management
You will shape the foundational client experience by delivering clear business outcomes through the following duties:
Campaign Launch & Integration: Manage the technical configuration and strategic rollout of high-efficiency Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns for a diverse selection of Dutch businesses.
Platform Specialization: Function as an internal expert on core advertising platforms, adapting specific tools to meet unique corporate goals.
Consultative Sales: Analyze client needs to recommend customized marketing strategies that maximize their Return on Investment (ROI).
Portfolio Growth: Spot hidden opportunities within your accounts and optimize budget allocation to drive higher financial returns for clients.
Data Administration: Keep detailed records within our CRM system to ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Analytical & Proactive
We are looking for a driven professional who combines strong data analysis skills with the polished communication necessary to build lasting trust with Dutch corporate partners.
Language Skills
Fluency: Native or C2-level proficiency in both Dutch and English is mandatory for executive-level communication and internal teamwork.
Technical & Regional Acumen
Data Literacy: Proficient in using analytics software to uncover actionable insights and build custom client strategies.
Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Dutch business landscape, local digital trends, and regional compliance standards (such as GDPR).
