Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage the factory stores and inventory operations at our home appliances manufacturing unit in Palghar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely receipt and issue of materials, coordinating with production and procurement teams, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and physical registers.
Ensure proper stock availability to support uninterrupted production.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper documentation for Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, stock transfers, and dispatch records.
Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out), where applicable.
Maintain proper storage practices to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of materials.
Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and logistics departments for smooth material flow.
Supervise store assistants and warehouse staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and 5S housekeeping practices.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports for management.
Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in store and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in the home appliances, electrical, engineering, or consumer durable industry will be preferred.
Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar inventory software).
Good understanding of inventory control methods and warehouse management practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

Full-time position based at the factory in Palghar.
Six-day work week as per company policy.
Candidate should be willing to work extended hours during production requirements and inventory audits.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in handling high-volume inventory in a manufacturing setup.
Familiarity with ISO documentation and audit requirements.
Strong commitment to safety, discipline, and continuous process improvement.
Pay: ₹11,455.97 - ₹38,305.05 per month
