About the role

Job Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for IT and technical positions.

Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist relevant profiles.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

Maintain candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment is mandatory.

Prior experience hiring for IT/Technical roles is required.

Good understanding of IT technologies, technical job roles, and hiring processes.

Strong communication and candidate screening skills.

Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines.

Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
