Pidge is a fast-growing logistics and last-mile delivery platform committed to building a reliable delivery partner network across India. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiters to our vendor network and support large-scale delivery executive hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard recruitment vendors and agencies for hiring delivery executives.
Conduct regular field visits to build and strengthen vendor partnerships.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely onboarding of delivery executives.
Work closely with the operations team to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports, MIS, and vendor records.
Build long-term relationships with recruitment partners.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Field Recruitment, Staffing, Vendor Acquisition, or Logistics Recruitment.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with extensive local travel.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
Salary & Benefits
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
