Provide a great colleague experience every day. Obsess over understanding the colleague experience at a deeper level to co-create simple and great ways of working that enable everyone to be and deliver their best. Responsible for people management, including acquiring talent, developing and retaining colleagues worldwide, and overseeing key programs like compensation, benefits, diversity and colleague and labor relations.
2- 5 years of experience in the compensation process and business rules (ramifications of exceptions), handling large scale complex business process, Proven ability to align data needs to business strategies.
Key Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Outstanding written & verbal communication skills in English.
Excel Automation, Multi layered Excel equations, Charts, Pivots etc.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with strength in accuracy & attention to detail in a high output & speed environment.
Reporting tools utilization to create/generate/maintain simple/complex reports.
Experience with Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.
Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents and AI-assisted workflows.
Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating enterprise datasets.
Experience using Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development.
Experience with APIs and automation frameworks is desirable.
