Ever wondered how your online order magically shows up at your doorstep in 2 days? That's Logistics Executive magic - and we need someone cool, sharp, and a little bit obsessed with getting things from Point A to Point B efficiently to help us make that happen.

If you like solving puzzles, multitasking like a pro, and being the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything moving - this one's for you.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinating shipments, deliveries, and pickups (basically being the boss of "where's my stuff").

Keeping inventory and stock records neat and updated (no more "where did that go?" moments).

Working with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams to keep things flowing smoothly.

Tracking orders and fixing delays before they become a whole thing.

Talking to customers/clients when they ask "where's my package?" (with a smile, virtually).

Handling basic documentation, invoices, and delivery paperwork.

Jumping in to solve random logistics fires (there's always one)

What we’re looking for

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a similar field.

Non or simple experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or transportation operations will be plus point!

Someone who's organized but not a robot about it.

Good with numbers, spreadsheets, and not afraid of Excel.

Communication skills that don't make people cringe.

Someone who can multitask without losing their mind.

Bonus points if you've done an internship in supply chain, logistics, or operations.

Basically: someone who gets stuff DONE and doesn't panic when plans change last minute.

Fresh grads, entry-level, or even mid-career switch are welcome to apply !

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month
