The Opportunity

As the Facades & Sustainability Regional Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering innovative façade engineering and sustainability consulting services. You'll drive operational performance, foster a high-performing culture, and help shape the strategic direction of a growing business line.

You'll work at the intersection of technical innovation and commercial success - guiding teams to solve complex challenges, enhance building performance, reduce lifecycle costs, and create environmentally responsible outcomes for clients and communities.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Strategy

Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and designers.

Translate business strategy into clear priorities, goals, and measurable outcomes.

Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable culture.

Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Drive team engagement, capability development, and succession planning.

Business & Operational Performance

Lead regional business growth initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.

Manage team utilisation, revenue, profitability, and financial performance.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the team.

Technical & Project Leadership

Provide technical leadership across façade and sustainability projects.

Oversee the delivery of high-quality outcomes through design, documentation, and construction phases.

Review complex engineering solutions, reports, specifications, and technical documentation.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Champion innovative and sustainable engineering solutions that deliver long-term value.

Quality, Safety & Risk

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage project risk, compliance, and performance outcomes.

Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture throughout the team.

Qualifications

Essential

Degree qualification in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Significant experience in façade engineering, building envelope design, or specialist consulting.

Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary technical teams.

Strong project delivery experience across design, documentation, and construction phases.

Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, fees, and business performance.

Desirable

Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation
