We're looking for a Site Operations Manager to lead our North Shore Townsville site and the incredible team that brings the Krispy Kreme magic to life every day.

You'll be at the heart of our operation, leading a large and diverse team while helping drive the culture, performance and future success of the site.

Whether you're coaching leaders, celebrating team wins, improving processes or finding new ways to create a better experience for our Krispy Kremers and customers, you'll play a key role in keeping Krispy Kreme running at its best.

What You'll Be Getting Up To

No two days are the same, but you'll spend your time:

Leading and developing your team to deliver their best work every day

Driving performance across production, quality, safety and service outcomes

Creating a positive, high-performing culture where people feel supported and set up for success

Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, processes and ways of working

Partnering with teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Retail to keep operations running smoothly

Keeping customers at the heart of every decision while ensuring our doughnuts are made and delivered to the highest standard
