Your seat to fill:

Assist senior analysts in evaluating potential real estate investments and conducting market research and analysis

Administer and maintain the real estate portfolio database, including contract management

Gather and analyze data on property performance, market trends, and industry conditions

Assist with financial modeling and forecasting to assess investment performance

Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior management

Assist with due diligence activities, including property inspections and environmental assessments

Support real estate audits

Provide support during negotiations with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders

Maintain a comprehensive database of all properties under consideration or under management

Your stroll to CYBEX:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field

Completed apprenticeship or initial professional experience in real estate investment, development, or asset management

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Familiarity with real estate law, regulatory requirements, and compliance issues; willingness to travel

Fluency in German and English
