About the Roles
We are hiring a Customer Service & Project Coordinator for a custom die-cut components manufacturer based in Serangoon North. This is a full-time permanent role on a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM), offering a competitive basic salary with variable bonus. You will serve as a key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order execution, project coordination, and timely delivery support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling enquiries related to quotations, orders, deliveries, engineering updates, and service issues
Manage and track customer purchase orders from receipt through fulfilment, including delivery updates and resolution of delays
Coordinate RFQs by gathering requirements and preparing quotations for submission
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including managing drawings, specifications, BOMs, revisions, prototypes, samples, and first article processes
Monitor project timelines, engineering changes, product transfers, and qualification progress with internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ERP system for customers, orders, and project activities
Prepare and update commercial and operational documents such as quotations, costings, sales and purchase orders, work orders, and reports
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, and suppliers to meet customer requirements
Flag and escalate risks related to delivery, quality, or project execution and support corrective actions and problem-solving initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Project Coordination, NPI, or Manufacturing Operations
Prior exposure to manufacturing, electronics, or precision manufacturing environments will be advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills with good coordination, documentation, and customer service abilities
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production planning, order processing, and document control will be beneficial
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and product documentation, with exposure to materials such as industrial adhesives, foams, or flexible components being an advantage
Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
