About the Roles

We are seeking a Project Management Executive to join an Engineering and Construction organization based in Kaki Bukit. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of up to $4,000 plus variable bonus, offering a structured 5.5-day work schedule from Monday to Saturday. The role involves supporting project planning, cost management, tender coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare, revise, and oversee tender documentation throughout the project process.

Monitor project budgets, track costs, and support efforts to keep projects financially on track.

Assess and manage project risks involving costs, timelines, safety, and contract-related matters.

Source, coordinate, review, and consolidate subcontractor quotations according to project specifications and schedules.

Negotiate with contractors on pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities from estimation through final approval.

Develop comprehensive work schedules to guide site teams and support timely project completion.

Handle project administration, records, and documentation requirements.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Experience with main contractors, HDB projects, or tendering processes will be advantageous.

Prior experience in project management and coordinating with contractors will be beneficial.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D software, and basic electrical and mechanical works will be advantageous.
