We are looking for energetic, engaging Dutch Speakers to serve as the face of our live digital broadcasts in the heart of Madrid. If you have great screen presence and want to kickstart an international career in digital media and online gaming, this is the perfect role for you.

As a live host, you will blend professional entertainment with brand representation. Broadcasting from a modern, high-tech studio, you will lead Dutch-language shows and connect in real time with an international audience.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

In your role as an Interactive Broadcast Anchor, your daily duties will involve:

On-Camera Hosting: Hosting lively, fast-paced digital broadcasts with an energetic and polished presentation style.

Audience Interaction: Chatting live with viewers to build an inviting virtual environment and maximize audience retention.

Appearance Standards: Keeping up an immaculate personal appearance, grooming, and professional etiquette while on air.

Operational Compliance: Following strict guidelines to maintain absolute fairness, transparency, and accuracy during every live stream.

Team Collaboration: Coordinating closely with floor managers and control room technicians to ensure flawless show delivery.

Compensation & Performance Bonuses

Our financial package is designed to reward both your Dutch language skills and your on-camera performance:

Guaranteed Base Salary: A steady fixed base of €1,500 monthly.

Language Premium: An extra €4.00 per hour for every hour spent active on air.

Performance Bonus: Up to an additional €3.00 per hour based on quality and excellence benchmarks.

Night Shift Premium: A 20% pay increase for all operational hours worked between 22:55 and 08:00.

Total Earning Potential: Expected monthly income reaches €1,850 – €2,100 gross based on a full-time, 40-hour weekly maximum structure.
