Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead with over 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-level applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to development teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET technologies (.NET Core / .NET Framework / ASP.NET).

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to design patterns and quality standards.

Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide performance optimization solutions.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure proper documentation of architecture, processes, and technical solutions.

Drive continuous improvement in development practices, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in .NET development.

Strong expertise in:

C#

ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core

.NET Core / .NET Framework

Web APIs / RESTful services

Experience with Microservices Architecture.

Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.

Experience with Entity Framework / ORM tools.

Knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and software architecture.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of React / Angular or other frontend frameworks.

Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus).

Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
