What would be your key responsibilities

Evaluation of raw materials and products for the food and beverage industry, taking into account European and international food law regulations

Data management in the central SAP system

Preparation of the necessary documentation for our internal and external customers

Solution-oriented handling of internal and external customer inquiries regarding food law as it pertains to the assigned portfolio

Implementing legal changes in coordination with the relevant departments

Addressing subject-specific issues and communicating the relevant information within the company

What will make you successful

Successfully completed studies as food chemist, ecotrophologist, or similar field of study with in-depth knowledge of food law

Initial professional experience in the legal assessment of food products at an international company is desirable

Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP RD/EHS) would be an advantage

Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable

Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and find creative solutions

Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, reliability, team spirit, and excellent communication skills
