Abitocorp is a leading garment and cotton knit fabric supplier with its own factory based in the USA. We are dedicated to producing and supplying high-quality garments both locally and worldwide, built on a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and maintaining incredibly high standards in apparel production. We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Business Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Hawaiian Gardens, California, United States, offering a competitive daily rate of $250 - $500 USD.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing our business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving projects that support our continued growth and efficiency in the competitive apparel market. You will act as a vital link between our business operations and technical teams to ensure our strategies are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities

Analyse and document current business processes across supply chain, manufacturing, and sales to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather, validate, and document detailed business requirements.

Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for system and process enhancements.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and report findings to senior management.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify emerging market trends.

Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.

Act as a liaison between business departments and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.

Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and business analysis methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Experience within the manufacturing, apparel, or supply chain industries would be a significant advantage.

Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
