This position provides electrical and instrumentation (E&I) design development and field execution leadership for site capital projects, ensuring systems are safely installed, commissioned, and turned over to operations.

Installation, Commissioning & Startup

Lead or support installation, checkout, and commissioning of new E&I systems

Coordinate loop checks, system testing, and functional verification

Support troubleshooting and optimization of installed systems during startup

Ensure proper documentation, punch list closure, and turnover to operations

Planning, Estimating & Coordination

Support project planning activities including estimating, scheduling, and work sequencing

Participate in constructability reviews and contribute to execution planning

Coordinate across disciplines (mechanical, civil, process, operations) to ensure alignment of E&I scope

Safety & Compliance

Champion safety-first execution by leading safety tailgates and reinforcing safe work practices

Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, etc.)

Support hazard identification efforts and ensure safe installation and startup of systems
