Required skills

Proficient in at least one programming language, preferably Python.

Basic understanding of SQL and experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases

such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server, or MongoDB.

Experience with back-end development using Node.js, with familiarity in frameworks

such as Express.js, Next.js, or TypeScript.

Experience with front-end development using React, with exposure to related

technologies such as Redux or Angular.

Basic experience with Microsoft Azure.

Familiarity with Git, basic CI/CD workflows, and container technologies such as Docker.

Understanding of RESTful APIs, system integration, and modern web application

development.

Proficient in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT,

Cursor, Claude Code) to improve software development efficiency and code quality.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Passionate about learning new technologies and adapting quickly in a fast-paced startup

environment.

Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the company's face and voice scanning platform and wellbeing applications, delivering reliable and high-quality software.

Collaborate with Product Managers to implement product features and deliver business value.

Participate in product requirement discussions and contribute to technical solution design.

Develop reusable application components, APIs, and modules following engineering best practices.

Build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies.

Assist in maintaining system reliability, performance, and security by monitoring applications, troubleshooting issues, and resolving bugs.

Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely manner while continuously improving system quality and stability.

Participate in agile development activities, including sprint planning, code reviews, technical discussions, and release cycles.

Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve engineering processes and development efficiency.

Continuously learn emerging technologies and leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and software quality.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
