Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our operations at our Florissant location. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing organizational culture. Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and drive profitability

Oversee all operational functions, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service

Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering professional development and performance excellence

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze business metrics to inform strategic decisions

Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and community partners

Implement operational policies and procedures that align with organizational standards

Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiency
