Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and decisive General Manager to lead our operations at our St. Louis location (10486 W Florissant Ave). In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with motivational leadership skills to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional results.

Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market competitiveness

Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development

Oversee all operational functions, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of organizational assets

Monitor key performance indicators and analyze business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Make informed decisions on staffing, scheduling, and operational procedures to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction

Communicate effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members to align on organizational objectives and expectations

Implement and maintain quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices across all operational areas

Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and accountability

Represent the organization professionally in community and business engagements

Qualifications

Proven expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational management

Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and P&L analysis

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels

Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making

Experience with staff onboarding, performance management, and organizational development

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in complex business situations

Preferred: Experience in vendor management and process improvement initiatives

Preferred: Background in a similar industry or operational environment
