Account Representative – Sales & Customer Acquisition

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities.

Follow up on agency-generated leads.

Sell Property & Casualty insurance.

Conduct needs-based reviews and recommend coverage.

Cross-sell Life insurance and multiline products.

Build lasting customer relationships.

Represent the agency through community and social media engagement.

Deliver outstanding customer service.

Training & Licensing

Licensed candidates are encouraged to apply. If not licensed, we'll provide paid training and support to obtain required licenses within your first 90 days.

Compensation

Competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses.

Typical first-year earning opportunity: $45,000–$70,000.
