About the role:

What you’ll do:

Lead end-to-end R&D and sourcing projects for refrigerators and freezers, ensuring delivery of high-quality, compliant, and competitive products. Responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and value delivery, driving cross-functional collaboration across global teams and suppliers.

In detail, you will:

Lead R&D and sourcing projects from concept to launch (TOA CPFB).

Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.

Ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-cost delivery.

Identify risks and drive mitigation actions.

Apply agile or hybrid methodologies when appropriate.

Support development of refrigerators and freezers aligned with market needs.

Coordinate design validation, testing, and industrialization.

Lead collaboration across engineering, laboratory, certification, sourcing, and quality.

Facilitate alignment between teams and OEM suppliers.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).

Who you are:

Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering.

Strong background and relevant years’ experience in a project leadership position (it is going to be plus experience in leading R&D teams).

Solid level knowledge with program/project management as well as gated product development process.

Ability and experience in managing matrix organizations.

Awareness of Digital trends, e.g. simulation, automation, artificial intelligence, digitalization.

Fluent English, other languages are considered a plus.
