As Engineering Manager, you are owning the engineering function and leading it forward. You are setting the tone for how the team builds, ships and improves. You are the person other engineers look to, and you take that seriously. You are creating an environment where engineers can do their best work, removing roadblocks, raising the bar, and helping the team grow as the business continues to scale.

This is a step up. If you have been doing great work in a senior engineering role and you are ready to lead rather than just contribute, this is where that happens. You want a seat at the table and here you get one.

You bring hands-on experience with AI across the engineering lifecycle. You understand how to apply it practically, not just talk about it. You have led engineers before or you are ready to make that move properly for the first time at the right company.
