The Role

We are looking for an exceptional, engineering-minded Lead Front-End Developer to champion our web architecture and elevate our frontend engineering culture. In this role, you will be the absolute owner of our frontend stack. You will balance building highly interactive, pixel-perfect user interfaces with driving foundational engineering decisions - such as component modularization, state management optimization, and build tool pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly performant web applications using React and TypeScript.

Data Visualization: Architect intricate, smooth, and interactive custom dashboards and data charts using modern visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, ECharts, or Three.js/WebGL).

Engineering Standards: Lead frontend engineering best practices, including robust code reviews, comprehensive unit testing, CI/CD pipeline automation, and frontend performance tuning (Lighthouse scores, bundle size optimization).

Design System Ownership: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to build and scale a clean, reusable internal component library/design system.

Technical Mentorship: Act as the technical anchor for a small, agile team of developers, guiding their growth and removing technical roadblocks.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or mentoring capacity.

Core Tech Stack: Deep, production-proven mastery of Modern React (Hooks, Context), TypeScript, and modern state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or Recoil).

Tooling & Infrastructure: Proficient with modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack) and a solid understanding of frontend deployment strategies.

The Visual Eye: Passionate about data visualization, micro-interactions, and pristine UI/UX. Experience with Canvas/SVG rendering is a massive plus.

Mindset: A strong advocate for clean code, type safety, and robust system architecture. You hate bloated legacy code as much as we do.
