DESCRIPTION:

Join our organization where you'll contribute to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As a Logistics Specialist II, you'll help ensure seamless coordination of supply chain operations while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll manage critical logistics processes including shipment coordination, customs compliance, inventory management, and vendor relationships. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in optimizing logistics efficiency while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Advanced degree with no prior experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of logistics experience in a multi-regional environment

Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IATA, Customs Broker) preferred

Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel

Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and shipping documentation

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English; additional languages a plus

Experience with temperature-controlled and regulated shipments preferred

Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and other relevant quality standards

Demonstrated experience in process improvement and cost optimization

Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation

Experience with logistics KPIs and metrics tracking

Ability to work flexible hours to support operations

Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
