About the role

Profile: UX/UI Designer-Surat-6 LPA

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a UX/UI Designer, UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role. Familiarity with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Maze, or similar Strong problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills Portfolio showing UX process, not just final visuals

Salary Range: 40k to 50k

Roles:

Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.

Use Figma (mandatory) to create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Develop user personas and journey maps, translating research insights into intuitive and visually engaging experiences.

Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile products, ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility guidelines.

Identify usability issues, propose improvements, and validate solutions through testing and iteration.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered digital products.

Communicate design rationale effectively and maintain a portfolio demonstrating the complete UX/UI design process.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, wireframing, and UI design skills. Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, web platforms, or digital products Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices Ability to work with analytics, heatmaps, or product usage data Basic understanding of UI design and frontend constraints
