As part of the HR Department, Talent Development & Total Rewards Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Support to the L&D department in the coordination and implementation of training projects

Adaptation of L&D materials received by International HQ

Update and manage the Sephora internal platforms and shared mailbox

Support the management of brand relationships aimed to training activities

Design of minor training projects and modules

Follow up on the projects with all the stakeholders to guarantee sustainability and effectiveness

Analysis of L&D KPI’s to provide reports

Be a sponsor of the HR department in the motivation, engagement and development of employees

Daily cooperation with all other HQ departments in order to guarantee synergy in the training flow of communications and actions implemented

Guarantee implementation of assigned projects according to business strategy

Be a Digital Ambassador to improve all the L&D processes and omnichannel approach

Be an ambassador of company’s values and culture

Good Italian & English level

Passion for the Beauty industry is a plus
