What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Junior Director of Learner Services, you will support a caseload with a focus on clinical outcomes and case health. Responsibilities include:

Participating in a minimum of 20 supervision hours per week

Supporting the clinical oversight of your caseload

Collaborating with families and team members to ensure quality care experiences

Learning to lead and engage with both clients and technicians

Focusing on clinical growth without the burden of scheduling logistics

What We’re Looking For

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or recent graduates eligible for certification

Experience in early intervention, center-based ABA, or school readiness preferred but not required

Commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA practices

Collaborative mindset and a passion for working with families

Interest in professional growth and contributing to a positive team culture
