Operations Manager – Behavioral Health Mindful Healing Behavioral Health Care LLC | Washington State
Mindful Healing Behavioral Health Care is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day to day operations of our behavioral health programs. This role is ideal for a clinically grounded leader who understands both the administrative and treatment sides of behavioral health care and can bridge the two effectively.
About the Role
The Operations Manager oversees daily operations across clinical, administrative, and compliance functions. You will work closely with clinical supervisors, front office staff, and leadership to ensure smooth program operations, regulatory compliance, and high quality client care. This is a hands on leadership role suited for someone who has worked directly in SUD or mental health treatment and now wants to apply that clinical background to organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of clinical and administrative departments
Ensure compliance with Washington State DOH licensing requirements under WAC 246-341
Support clinical staff with operational needs, scheduling, and workflow coordination
Monitor documentation practices and support quality assurance processes
Assist with credentialing, onboarding, and staff training coordination
Collaborate with billing and administrative teams on operational efficiency
Support policy implementation and help maintain up to date procedures
Act as a liaison between clinical staff and executive leadership
Participate in audits, chart reviews, and continuous quality improvement efforts
Qualifications
Active Washington State license as an SUDP (Substance Use Disorder Professional) or a Mental Health license such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experience in behavioral health treatment settings
Prior supervisory, administrative, or operations experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of WAC 246-341 licensing standards
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced clinical environment
Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation standards
Pay: $36.50 - $42.40 per hour

This Operations role pays $37k-$42k/yr. Within typical range for operations roles in United States.
