Job Purpose

The Store In-Charge is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to support efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.

Receive, verify, and store raw materials and accessories.

Issue materials to production against approved requisitions.

Maintain Delivery Challan (DC), Material Issue, Material Return, and inventory records.

Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.

Conduct regular stock verification and stock reconciliation.

Ensure proper storage, labelling, and FIFO inventory practices.

Maintain 5S workplace standards within the store.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Accounts departments.

Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience

1–5 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.

Experience in leather garments, leather goods, apparel, textile, or other manufacturing industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

☐ Immediately inform the Production Manager and Purchase team, verify inventory records and physical stock, investigate the discrepancy, and work with the team to secure a replacement or alternative solution. ☐ Check nearby storage locations and continue searching before informing anyone to avoid causing unnecessary concern. ☐ Begin arranging a replacement order immediately while continuing to search for the missing material and updating the Production Manager on progress. ☐ Ask the production team to continue with other work while investigating the missing material and deciding on the next course of action.
