About this vacancy

Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes to handle large volumes of data. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide high-quality data solutions. Optimize data storage and retrieval processes in relational databases, with a focus on Oracle. Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes to ensure smooth deployment and orchestration. Apply GitOps principles to streamline code deployment and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery. Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity and security.

What we expect from you

MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.

2 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

Strong Python programming skills with experience in data handling and ETL processes.

Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Understanding of GitOps principles and CI/CD practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal.

Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €34,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
