Jardeg is actively recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator supporting the Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Senior Recruiter, the Staff Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting recruitment and onboarding activities across our business while helping deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hires through the hiring and onboarding process to ensure planned start dates are achieved.
Prepare, review, and maintain recruitment and onboarding documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
Manage candidate records, requisition data, job postings, and onboarding information across recruitment systems and tracking tools.
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and operational stakeholders to support recruitment and onboarding activities.
Schedule interviews, respond to candidate inquiries, monitor onboarding progress, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
The Right Tools for the Job
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting recruitment administration, onboarding, HR administration, or a similar role.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is considered an asset.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed.
