Fall 2026 Work Term

Term Length: 4 months

Term Start: September 8, 2026

Term End: December 18, 2026

The pay range for the co-op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate's experience, academic level, and the specific skillset required for the role.

Loblaw has adopted the following hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues can work remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).

What You'll Do:

Support the team in developing financial models and analyzing results for various projects within the Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Control Brands spaces

Support the Senior Manager to identify opportunities to improve reporting and forecasting

Support the team in deep dive analysis

Review results and inspire change to fix underlying issues

Analyze, identify, and recommend operational improvement initiatives for process improvements/efficiencies

Assist with ad-hoc and cross-functional projects and initiatives as required

What You'll Need:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Preference will be given to candidates who have a Computer Science/Technological/Data Analysis component to their education.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, and ability to use Macros and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) an asset

Familiarity and experience using AI tools to drive insights/enhance efficiencies an asset

Interest and willingness to learn technological tools as required

Interest and willingness to learn about Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Control Brands

Excellent time management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
