Drive footfall and customer retention through strategic thinking to spot opportunities with a clear commercial plan to grow our business

Effectively inspire your team to exceed company sales and service goals, in Retail we call it ‘Smashing your Targets’

Proven passion for leading by example and delivering excellent customer service

Confident and fun motivator with a strong drive to achieve goals and sales targets
